Thomas A. Liuzzo, PLS

Thomas A. Liuzzo is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in Arizona and Nevada. He holds a Bachelors degree in Geomatics and GIS with a Minor in Engineering Management and is in the final stages of his Master's degree in Engineering Management both from Old Dominion University. He has been involved since 1988 in surveying projects including planning, boundary, design and construction. Having begun his career in Northeast Pennsylvania, he has worked in the Southwest since 1995. He is the Vice President of RST Land Surveying, Inc. and an owner of Vertical Mapping Resources, Inc. both of Scottsdale. Thomas, along with his firms have been involved with projects that include mapping an 80 mile corridor of the Little Colorado River, mapping 180 Square Miles of the Verde Valley in Arizona, numerous Freeway’s and Bridges throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area including the Maryland Avenue Bridge which Provides access to The University of Phoenix Stadium, and has performed ALTA surveys on parcels of land that have included up to 25,000 acres. Thomas is an adjunct faculty member at Phoenix College and has taught Boundary Control and Legal Principles. He has been writing articles for surveyors since 1998. Thomas is a past President of the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors Yavapai Chapter and is the current Treasurer at the state level. Contact Thomas Article List Below
