Mr. Spradley joins McKim & Creed as a geomatics project manager. He has 30 years of experience in the geospatial information industry, and is skilled in geodesy, land surveying, and aerial mapping project management including global positioning system (GPS), hydrographic surveying, international coordinate systems and map projections, high-accuracy control network design, aerial photo missions, and the mapping of highway, oil and gas pipeline, power transmission and railroad corridors.
David has established a reputation for effectively working with clients throughout Texas, the Middle East, Africa and Mexico to provide precise, accurate and cost-effective solutions to geospatial issues, said C.
