GEO Business Is Back For 2025

Visitor registration is now open for GEO Business, the UK’s largest geospatial event

GEO Business, the free-to-attend expo showcasing the latest in geospatial innovation, returns to ExCeL London on 4-5 June 2025. The event brings together professionals from across industries to explore how location intelligence can transform their work, projects and business.
The highly anticipated 2025 instalment is set to be the best yet. With more than 110 companies showcasing geospatial tech, tools and solutions, visitors will have the chance to get up-close with the latest offerings.

Plus, the free-to-attend education programme features over 200 speakers. Hear inspiring case studies about how geospatial has been used in groundbreaking projects, gain CPD points and get up to speed with the key trends.

Annie Reardon-Smith, Event Manager of GEO Business, says: “GEO Business is more than just an event—it’s where professionals from across industries come to explore the impact of geospatial technology on their sectors. With cutting-edge solutions, expert insights, and a dynamic networking space, it’s the perfect opportunity to discover the power of location intelligence. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to ExCeL London on 4-5 June!”

The whole geospatial ecosystem in one place

The exhibition at GEO Business will be a one-stop-shop for finding the latest solutions to collect, manage, analyse, and get insights from geospatial data. The tech on display will include aerial mapping; BIM; laser scanning and LiDAR; reality capture; remote sensing; robotics and automation; Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping (SLAM); augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR); and more.

Among the leading equipment manufacturers, software companies and service providers that have been confirmed to exhibit are Coptrz, Esri UK, FARO Technologies, Flai Ai, JAVAD GNSS, NavVis, Radiodetection, RIEGL, Screening Eagle, SEP Geospatial, Spyrosoft, and Survey Max. Additional companies are being added to the list each week.

The show is also supported by five leading organisations: Association for Geographic Information (AGI), Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES), Royal Geographic Society, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and World Geospatial Industry Council.

Learn and get inspired in the education programme

As well as a central exhibition, the event will feature a CPD-accredited programme, offering over 120 sessions across seven theatres. Attendees can expect to be inspired and informed by a wide range of talks and panels, focusing on the key areas shaping geospatial. Further details will be announced in April.

Sessions will cover a range of different aspects of geospatial, including the built environment, infrastructure, transport, earth observation and satellite applications, drones, utilities and energy, surveying, and disaster response.

Don’t just take our word for it

Last year’s successful show brought geospatial professionals from across industries together, fostering collaboration and unlocking new opportunities for growth.

Holger Kessler, Senior Stakeholder Manager at AtkinsRéalis, said: “It was superb to see so many friends and colleagues at GEO Business – and also to make such great new connections. Meeting people face-to-face at conferences and workshops is absolutely essential to build trust and collaborations, and also to generate new ideas and innovation.”

Shirish Payasi, Director – Networked Industries at Tata Consultancy Services, described GEO Business 2024 as “an industry leading event for geographic tech and trends, exhibiting the latest tech with some of the very niche in the event. A must attend event.”

Simon Navin, Head of Geospatial Services at Ordnance Survey, commented: “GEO Business is the premier geospatial event in Europe. As the need for greater location intelligence grows, GEO Business provides the insight into how value can be created, how innovative technologies can be utilised and what skills and capabilities will be needed to support a location data driven future.”
