TOPODRONE surveying and mapping equipment allows simultaneous acquisition of high precision LiDAR point cloud and outstanding aerial imagery – the approach significantly reduces duration of fieldwork, as well as provides all necessary information for creating maps & CAD layers. In addition, TOPODRONE Post Processing software is designed for advanced GNSS data post processing, image geo-tagging and LiDAR points cloud generation. It supports the full range of TOPODRONE PPK & LiDAR systems.
TOPODRONE high-tech equipment integrates specially calibrated VELODYNE laser sensors with a high-performance GNSS-aided inertial navigation system. Professional laser scanners from TOPODRONE (HI-RES, ULTRA, 200+, HDL ) can be mounted on board of different drones DJI M200/300, a wide range of VTOLs and on any car and backpack thanks to the universal mounting MOBILE KIT. The user is able to carry out scanning work over large areas using a UAV and in no-fly zones (such as cities or nearby airports) with the same set of TOPODRONE LiDAR equipment which will provide a rapid field data collection of a highly detailed and accurate point cloud.
TOPODRONE LiDAR solutions could be applied together with photogrammetry solutions in various industries, e.g. surveying, forestry, powerline inspection, mining and exploration. Along with, AQUAMAPPER is an addition to the TOPODRONE hardware family which performs accurate underwater studies. TOPODRONE Post Processing software allows to perform a highly automatic GNSS and IMU post-processing, calculate a high-precision trajectory, generate a LIDAR point cloud, automatically perform boresight calibration, strip alignment and apply SLAM-based enhancement. The software makes it possible to get up to 1-3 cm x,y,z accuracy. It contains a number of useful tools that every surveyor needs, such as the coordinate converter, editor and merging RINEX files, it supports various coordinate systems and Geoids.
