Atlantic Awarded 5-Year $12.5 Million Contract from the USACE, St. Louis District

Huntsville, Ala. (September 3, 2015) Atlantic announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District to perform photogrammetric and LiDAR surveying and mapping services. Under the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) 5-year, $12.5 million contract, Atlantic will complete task orders nationwide to support geospatial needs of the USACE and its Federal, State, Local and Tribal partners.

This is a very prestigious professional mapping services contract that is coveted by many other firms, said Brian Mayfield, President and COO of Atlantic. Since 1993, the St. Louis District has been recognized by the USACE Headquarters as a Center of Expertise (CX) for Photogrammetric Mapping. As a CX, the St. Louis Districts mission includes providing its internal and external clients with full service photogrammetric mapping, LiDAR, emergency response, GIS and a number of additional technical services. The CX has a nationwide mission and the contract awarded to Atlantic covers the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
