Were happy to inform that we extended our support for Laszip to both LAS 1.2 and LAS 1.4, says Peter Bonne, CEO at Orbit GT. As Orbit GT, we are committed to continue support for international standards and open formats to the growing range of applications that make use of pointclouds. Laszip has proven to be very valuable in these markets.
Support for the new LasZip library supporting both LAS 1.2 and Las 1.4 will be embedded in the next upgrades of all Orbit GT products for Mobile Mapping, UAS Mapping, Obliques and Photogrammetry.
