European LiDAR Mapping Forum 2014 Advisory Board Announced

Technical Conference & Exhibition Names 10 Members

17 June 2014 Portland, Maine, USA The organisers of the European LiDAR Mapping Forum (ELMF) announced the members of the 2014 Advisory Board today. The group consists of ten LiDAR experts from a variety of backgrounds, disciplines and markets. The Advisory Board is charged with helping to shape the ELMF conference programme and assisting with session development, said Lisa Murray, SPAR Point Group Director. They represent top minds in the LiDAR market and were delighted that theyve accepted our invitation to sit on the Board. European LiDAR Mapping Forum will take place 8-10 December 2014 at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (PTA) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The ELMF Advisory Board is made up of service providers, software developers, hardware manufacturers and asset owners. Our Advisory Board members are at the forefront of LiDAR innovation, said Ms. Murray. As such, they are uniquely qualified to help design and shape the programme. The Advisory Boards first task will be to vet abstracts submitted for consideration for the 2014 Conference Programme.
