Merrick & Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of K.M. Ng & Associates, Inc., an established engineering firm located in San Antonio, Texas.
K.M. Ng has served the engineering industry, guiding clients and business partners to create quality environments for more than 40 years. Having worked on projects together for two decades, this acquisition brings a team of engineering talent together that extends Merrick’s reach throughout Texas and the southwestern US on private, government, sustainable infrastructure, and water projects. K.M. Ng, a $4.5 million firm, will relocate to Merrick’s San Antonio office.
