LiDAR Services Awarded Two Year NE USA NERC Facility Rating Airborne LiDAR Project

June 19, 2012 Las Vegas, Nevada – LiDAR Services, LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, the wholly owned US subsidiary of LiDAR Services International, Calgary, Alberta, is pleased to announce that it has been award a two year LiDAR mapping project in Maine.

The 2012 portion of work involves collecting LiDAR and digital imagery over hundreds of miles of existing transmission lines located in the area surrounding Bangor Maine. LiDAR Services, LLC teamed up with a major east coast engineering company for the contract award.

Since opening our US subsidiary on July 28, 2011, LiDAR Services, LLC has completed and delivered on a number of NERC related LiDAR and imagery surveys for US based electrical utility companies.
