LizardTech Exhibits at 2012 ASPRS Annual Conference

Company releases new SDK adding support for per-band decoding

SEATTLE, Wash. March 19, 2012 LizardTech, a provider of software solutions for managing and distributing geospatial content, is exhibiting this week at the 2012 ASPRS Annual Conference in Sacramento, Calif. in booth #227.

This week the company is releasing version 8.5 of their software development kit (SDK) that adds support for per-band decoding. This means that decode and viewing performance is improved dramatically for multi- and hyperspectral imagery. Now LizardTechs partners and customers have the ability to decode only the bands that they need.

LizardTech representatives will be available in booth #227 to answer any questions pertaining to the updated SDK. They will also be conducting demonstrations of GeoExpress software, which enables geospatial professionals to compress and manipulate satellite and aerial imagery, Express Server software for high-performance delivery and publication, and LiDAR Compressor software, which turns giant point cloud datasets into efficient MrSID files.
