InfoEra has won a research grant from the EU structural assistance funds to further development of its technology in the field of automated feature extraction from 3D laser scan data. The grant will be used by InfoEra for its cost effective point cloud toolbox Undet further development. New features like automated object recognition from 3D laser scanners data and photo images will be added.
This funding ensures the continuity of the project and obtaining data necessary for reliable development and testing of algorithms said Sarunas Prokopimas, CEO of InfoEra.
